RBL Bank and DMI Finance Unveil New Co-Branded Credit Card
On September 11, RBL Bank and DMI Finance Private, part of the DMI Group, announced a new strategic partnership to launch co-branded credit cards for DMI Finance’s existing customer base. This initiative is designed to expand credit card access to both metro and non-metro cities across India.
The new credit card will feature several benefits, including accelerated reward points, no-cost EMI options, and discounts at leading merchants. Bikram Singh Yadav, Head of Credit Cards at RBL Bank, emphasized that the goal is to offer innovative and value-driven products with a smooth digital onboarding process.
Shivashish Chatterjee, Co-founder of the DMI Group, highlighted that this collaboration aims to improve financial inclusion by utilizing DMI Finance’s extensive customer base of 25 million. The partnership seeks to provide credit card access to creditworthy individuals who are currently underserved.
In related news, RBL Bank recently launched the IndianOil RBL Bank XTRA Credit Card in collaboration with Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL). This RuPay contactless card offers up to 8.5% savings on fuel purchases. New users who spend ₹1,500 within 30 days of card issuance will receive 3,000 fuel points, and cardholders earn 15 fuel points for every ₹100 spent at Indian Oil stations.
